Rep Floor Co., Ltd, as a leading Polished Concrete specialist Contractor, has adopted a policy to ensure the implementation and maintenance of the QUALITY Management System.

Rep Floor is the first Thai member of CPAA (Concrete Polishing Association of America). We are associated with and have been trained with CPAA. We have knowledge and experience in concrete polishing, coloring and troubleshooting and we do the Crystal Floor according to the guidelines of Concrete Polishing Association of America to uphold the ethical standards of the organization.

• The Quality Assurance Manager has the authority and organizational freedom to identify quality problems, to initiate, recommend, or provide solutions and to verify the implementation of quality engineering practices.
• The quality manual, procedures and quality plans form the “keystone” of Rep Floor principles, which aim at handing over a quality product built in accordance with codes, specifications and customer’s engineering practices.
• The Company Quality Management System is the fundamental of employees’ training and inductions to ensure that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.
